The desk clerk was clearly in training, but was friendly and polite. There was somebody to help her but she was manning the phone so there was just the trainee and 4 groups checking in at once. There was a Suite Shop where you could buy snacks, beer and wine and other minor things. The room was huge and exceeded my expectations. Bed was clean and comfy. We had a sofa bed too and it had a regular mattress so there was no bar in your back. I wish there was a full set of sheets and comforter in the closet but there was only a waffle blanket. The AC worked great. It was really hot out. The hot breakfast was clean, organized and staffed by really great, friendly people. After my last Hampton experience, this was great - a 180 difference. I would love to stay here again.

Check in process was very quick, which I liked. The location was great given its proximity to I-10. My room was clean and homey. I stayed for three nights, but my room was not cleaned during the entire stay.. This was fine with me. Because of the pandemic, changes had to be made with how they do the housekeeping, which I completely understand. I did run out of shampoo, so I asked the housekeeping lady to give me some more. Breakfast, though not the same as it was before the pandemic was still pretty good. The Lady at the breakfast hall kept everything in order and refilled/ resupplied. She was very welcoming and courteous too, and that is always a plus. Thanks for making my stay a pleasant one.

Parking was easy, the “Het there” on the entrance was welcoming, parking was close to the lobby, staff was friendly and helpful, check in was quick, entire room was immaculate, bed and pillows were very comfortable, it was quiet, I didn’t hear a single door slammed shut or a single kid running and or screaming down the hall, breakfast offered plenty of variety, was quick and very convenient, water, coffee and tea were hot, check out - emailed my receipt. What more could anyone ask for?
